North of Malibu is when the coastal scenery starts to become more photogenic. This is near the Sycamore Creek area.

Apparently, a film crew found this spot photogenic as well. (I have no idea what they were filming, however).

By coincidence, the place I had to drop my work off was located two hours north of L.A. in Santa Barbara, another pretty town with houses on the hillsides. This is close to the location I dropped the work off. Oranges seems to be common yard trees in this area (look closely to see the ripening oranges on the tree at right)
